By inviting or using our Discord bot ("Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country to use Discord) to use the Bot. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Do not exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Bot’s functionality.
  • Do not use the Bot for harassment, spam, automated abuse, or unlawful purposes.
  • You may not rent, sell, or sublicense access to the Bot.

The Bot may collect non-sensitive data including server ID, channel ID, user ID, message content, usage analytics, and timestamps to enable core functionality, moderation, or personalization features. All data is stored securely and never sold or publicly disclosed.

All content, code, and functionality provided by the Bot is protected by copyright and owned by the developers. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Bot or its branding without express written permission.

We strive to keep the Bot online and operational, but we do not guarantee uptime or continuous availability. Features may change or be deprecated at any time without prior notice. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via our official Discord server or support email.

We may suspend or permanently remove the Bot from your server at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms. Users may remove the Bot at any time from their server settings.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an announcement in our Discord server or update log. Continued use of the Bot after changes implies acceptance.
